service. To help us maintain an efficient workflow and keep our inventory ready for your needs, we are
introducing a few refined updates to our return policy, effective May 1st, 2026.


Our Updated Return Guidelines:
We want to ensure our return process is as clear and fair as possible:
● Product Inspection Requirement: To ensure eligibility for returns and prevent issues later, please check
all products received for any damage or manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery.
● First 7 Days: Returns made within a week of delivery remain eligible for a full refund.
● 7 to 30 Days: For returns during this window, a 5% restocking fee (of the invoice value) will apply to
help cover processing and handling.
● After 30 Days: We are unable to accept returns once 30 days have passed from the delivery date.


A Quick Reminder on Documentation:
To ensure your return is processed smoothly and credited to the correct account, we kindly ask that the
original signed invoice or GRV accompanies the goods. Whether our driver is collecting the items from you or
you are dropping them off at our warehouse, our team will need this document to finalize the transaction.
Please note that we won’t be able to accept items without this invoice, so we recommend keeping it in a safe
place!
